At this wry period of " absolute loneliness " what keeps me engaged and entertained is my facebook- participation . On this device I meet with my new , old , senior , junior , friends of like or unlike nature , tastes and approaches . As I have crossed 75 , the true superannuating age , I feel and fear my vulnerabilities towards physical , mental and spiritual imbalances . But my habits of taking regular morning walks ,meeting with several members on roads , reading and writing passages in the fb , and reading Ram Charit Manas, gave a new dimension to think and live .
